Aarian Liu

Rick has been active in the real estate and construction industry focusing on development, sales/leasing and asset management. With his background in architecture and as an experienced real estate deal maker and developer with over twenty years of industry expertise, Rick has familiarity and professional skills overseeing brokers, architects, engineers, and contractors and driving the real estate development process.


Prior to becoming part of Sperry Commercial, Rick has involved and developed a wide range of project type including single family homes, multi-family units, commercial centers, condo conversion and various vacant land entitlements. Besides real estate, Rick took his passion in environment and co-founded a solar energy company where he managed and directed the company’s growth with numerous solar installation projects.


Mr. Hsu received his BA degree in Architecture from University of California, Berkeley. He holds an active real estate broker license and California contractor license.
