Aaron Allnutt

Aaron Allnutt is the Principal Broker of The Agency. He is from Berea/Richmond KY. He has been married to Sandy Allnutt since 1999 and they have 3 beautiful children. Aaron and his family are members of Southland Christian Church. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Aaron left the soft drink industry in 2011 where he spent 9 years with Pepsi-Cola and 5 years with Coca-Cola to join his wife as a full time realtor. In 2011, they formed The Allnutt Group. Aaron has earned the RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), NHC (New Home Construction), and SFR (Short Sale/Foreclosure/Relocation) certifications. Aaron earned his Brokers License in October 2017 and he and Sandy opened The Agency in July 2018. He currently works full-time as the Principal Broker.
