Aaron Chaney has a lifelong passion for real estate, with experience in residential home sales, rentals, renovations, and industrial facilities and up-fits. With 25 years of engineering and operations management experience working internationally in the aerospace and automotive industries, Aaron brings strengths in defining expectations, negotiating, process management, efficiency, customer satisfaction, understanding diverse cultures, and managing for success to support real estate transactions.
As a father of two— a junior at NC State and a freshman at Appalachian State— and the proud owner of the family pet Chewbacca (Chewie), Aaron understands the neighborhood and community amenity needs of professionals with young children, empty-nesters, and families with cherished pets.
Aaron is also a volunteer on the hospice team at the Hospital of Veterans Affairs and an active leader in his church’s special-needs ministry. His hobbies include surfing, fishing, hunting, and working out in his in-home gym. The Triangle area offers a wide variety of sports, arts, and entertainment activities that align with his interests.
