Aaron Cole is known as The Investor's Real Estate Broker. He has closed over 775 sales and during his 22 years’ experience in Upstate, SC. Aaron specializes in representing buyers and sellers of residential investment property, such as single-family homes, mobile homes, duplexes, and smaller apartment complexes. Aaron also enjoys helping buyers and sellers buy or sell primary residences. He finds great satisfaction in collaborating with past clients, referrals, and first-time home buyers.
His experience as a CPA, Property Manager and Real Estate Broker as well as his creativity and "never-give-up" attitude, allow Aaron to help his clients make important financial decisions and be successful with their homes and rental and investment property. Aaron has expertise in buying and selling homes and rental/flip property, improving real estate investment performance, valuations, opportunity zones, 1031 exchanges, real estate IRAs, managing inherited property and property problems in general.
Aaron is quickly becoming an expert in helping his clients take advantage of the tax benefits offered through Opportunity Zone legislation created by the 2017 Job and Tax Cuts Act.
Aaron attended Dorman High School in Spartanburg, SC. He graduated Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta, and Top Accounting Major from Wofford College. Aaron is married to Mary Kaye and lives in Simpsonville, South Carolina. Aaron and Mary Kaye have four children and three grandchildren. He enjoys being involved with Brookwood Church and Miracle Hill Ministries, bicycle riding, reading and being active outside. He is incredibly grateful to have lived in Upstate South Carolina for almost 40 years and thinks it is the best place to live, work and raise a family.
