Aaron works hand in hand with Anne Marie Harden who has been in this business for 12 years and Jocelyn Ritacco, their administrator, who has been in this business for 18 years. He received his Bachelor's degree from Baldwin-Wallace University in Business and Marketing. His training and hands-on experiences allow him to set himself apart from other agents. Geographical areas of expertise included Lake, Geauga and Cuyahoga County.

He is always available to his clients via phone, texts, or emails whenever needed. He wants his representation as an agent to be quick and responsive to any needs. His commitment to his clients is that they never have second thoughts about him being their agent. He is an agent that always has his client's best interest in mind throughout the process.
