Since February 2008, Aaron has been helping people buy & sell homes in the Denver Metro area, both resale and investments. He has made it his business to learn everything he can about the Denver area market and make everyone's experience successful and enjoyable.
Since that time, Aaron has personally closed over 200 transactions, mentored over 100, leased several dozen homes, and worked as an owner, partner or project manager on more than a dozen rehabs (rentals & flips), from Erie to Monument, and Evergreen to Elizabeth. Aaron personally specializes in Central and Northwest Denver, and downtown area condos & new construction townhomes. Over these years, he has collaborated with top companies, agents, and attorneys, learning advanced negotiation skills and tactful communication - essential to help my clients understand all options, and make well-informed decisions.
In March 2014, Aaron founded 1858 Real Estate. He has a strong passion for the highest level of service & representation.
