Aaron Johnson

Aaron Johnson was born and raised in Red Wing, MN, where he graduated in 2007. Following high school, he attended Southwest Minnesota State on a baseball scholarship, serving as a starting pitcher throughout his college career. He graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, along with minors in Business and Coaching. His academic journey continued as he pursued a Master’s degree in Leadership, graduating in 2014.

Before completing his Master’s, Aaron began working at Self Esteem Brands as a Project Coordinator. Over his seven years with the company, he has enjoyed various roles in project coordination, business management, project management, and leadership. Currently, he serves as a Senior Manager on the leadership team.
