With more than a dozen years in real estate, Aaron LeFebvre is now based out of the John L. Scott Des Moines office, specializing in residential properties in Des Moines, Normandy Park, Auburn, Burien, Federal Way, and Kent.
Before moving into real estate, Aaron worked in the service industry; after years of working with people his communication and hospitality skills easily transitioned with him into this role. For Aaron, there is no time to waste when it comes to marketing a new listing or working with a prospective buyer or seller which is why his motto is: “house right, yard right, price right, marketing right, broker right, all on day one!”
From first time buyers to seasoned sellers, Aaron prides himself in providing excellence to the client, and putting his knowledge of the latest marketing and industry trends to work for his clients. Generally, Aaron has a knack for relating to just about everyone and likes to build long-lasting relationships with his clients. He stays connected with them not only throughout the process, but afterwards too. For Aaron, best part of his job is helping people reach their real estate and financial goals!
Giving back is important to Aaron, so with every closing he donates money to the John L. Scott Foundation. In his spare time, Aaron loves to travel, play golf, hike, camp and work in his yard!
