A subject matter expert in language instruction pedagogy and methodology, public speaker, and ESL instructor, Aaron was instrumental in the creation and development of the Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) certificate program at the Tennessee Foreign Language Institute (now the University of Tennessee's TN Language Center). He served as the full-time Director of Curriculum and Training at the Institute until his retirement from full-time employment in 2017. He continues to support the education community as a consultant, answering public speaking and training requests.
