We picked Aaron because he handled several of our friend's transactions in the past. Along with Aaron's vast Real Estate knowledge, he has a strong financial background and experience on working with the banks. Aaron set realistic goals for us financially, so that we were never disappointed in what we could or couldn't afford. He was able to brace us for the lovely struggles of buying in this competitive market. As many know, it can be a rollercoaster ride if you're not in the right hands. Furthermore, Aaron gave us the right pointers on how to get the most for our listing so that it sold in record time. He gave me decorating tips that most decorators couldn't give me. When it came time for a handyman, he had 10 of them at his disposal. I think I could have drove him nuts with my many requests, but he never flinched. Throughout the entire process, I almost felt like I was dealing with a trusted friend, and I saw that he made everyone feel that way. Whether it was the people at the escrow offices, his office staff, the agents he worked with or his customers; he connected with everyone!
