Aaron Monzo was very kind to me in my crazy situation. I live out of town and have a vested interest in a property there. He took time out of his day to go check on its condition as well as advising me its value. He offered to assist me in any way that he could since I am not there. When I end up owning the property and decide to sell; I will have Aaron list it for me. I am sooo thankful he could help me with this crazy situation. I highly recommend Aaron for his kindness, courtesy, and expertise. Always nice to find somebody that knows what they are doin.

Aaron helped my husband and I everyday for a whole week to make sure we found a house. When we found the house we really wanted, he made sure that we got it! Aaron is very down to earth, generous, and persistent. His laid back style fits perfectly to mine and my husband's. Even though it took us longer than expected to close on our house, he helped as much as he could and was there for us every step of the way!

I never trusted a Realitor until I met Aaron Monzo. He quickly sold our home for over asking price and found us our forever home (which we landed a good deal on thanks to Aaron). He followed through with everything he said he was going to do in a very timely fashion. I would not recommend or trust anyone else but Aaron Monzo to handle my real estate transactions.

I am a first time home buyer who was naturally pretty scared and Unknowledgeable about all it takes to purchase my first home. I was fortunate enough to find Aaron Monzo who made my first experience a great one! He made me feel comfortable, he taught me everything I needed to know and explained everything to me in great detail. He kept saying I work for you, which I also thought was nice. There was a time I wanted to give up, and he encouraged me not to, and then the house I loved, ended up working out in my favor. Not to mention it was a little too much for my budget but with Aaron's experience and the way he fought for me, I am now a new home owner and couldn't be more thankful for him!!
