Best real estate team ever! It took us almost five months to find our perfect home (we were kind of picky 😂) but Josh and Aaron were not only patient but a blast to work with! We consider them to be friends now. They continually searched the market for us and let us know as soon as they thought there was something we needed to see. They were honest with us and helped us through each step even setting up all of the inspections that we wanted. We closed in 14 days! AMAZING. We have been working with Tracey for a few months now trying to find the perfect home, and she was always on top of the market. Sending us homes in our price range, weekly reports, and great informative emails. We closed on our house today, and we could not be happier with a real estate agent. Tracey took care of everything and she walked us through each step. She attended all of the inspections, walk throughs, everything!! My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron a couple of years ago when moving to Sequim. When we walked through the doors of Brody Brokers looking to find some commercial property to lease, I was met with the beautiful photography that was hung throughout the office. Little did we know, Aaron was the photographer. Once locating and completing the lease contract on our new place, we asked Aaron if we could feature his artwork at our new restaurant. Aaron and Josh were amazing to work with when both buying and selling. After some in depth exploration of what we were looking for Aaron found us a number of properties that lined up well with what we wanted. When we did find a place to put an offer in for, they were there with us each step of the way, helping us to smooth out the bumps that always seem to come up during these things.

When it came time to sell our previous home, they went above and beyond with the work put into showing the listing. Aaron's photography, video editing including drone footage, were instrumental in showing off the property to its best. I credit them with how fast our house sold, it had the winning offer within a day of being on the market!

The only way this transaction was going to work was if our agent was thoroughly prepared for our limited time, completely knowledgeable of the area, and highly professional. We had a positive experience after we hired Aaron Noel at Brody Broker Team. We were looking for property to build a two houses along with our son’s family. There were different HOA rules that had to be considered. The winter brought more snow to Sequim. Aaron offered to drive us up a road with one foot of snow. The property seemed perfect but we decided not to even see it because of the incline and snow conditions. A big snow impact in the future ruled that out entirely. We stumbled upon a perfect one acre parcel located in Diamond Point. So we changed gears and Aaron was very helpful in helping us figure out the details to make a solid offer.

Buying raw land is a little different from buying a house, and Aaron helped us through that process with expertise.

His communication skills are excellent, and we were never more than a phone call, text, or email away from either getting our questions answered or getting an answer to him. On the day we were to sign a contract for the property we eventually bought, my wife wanted one more look at comparable properties in the area. Aaron compiled a list and took us out to see those properties that day (making us feel much better about our impending purchase). He also gave us an excellent recommendation on an agent to sell our house in another city.

My partner and I visited Sequim last year from New Mexico seeking a location to retire. We again visited in March to confirm our choice of Sequim. We made contact with Aaron through Zillow and met him during our visit and he showed all the properties available at the time remotely meeting our requirements. None of them quite did during our visit.

When we returned to New Mexico a property became available that exactly met our needs in a location that we loved at a price we could afford. Aaron quickly did a video walk through of the property and focused particularly on areas that were important to us. We made an offer that day that was accepted. He helped guide us through the closing process. He helped us overcome potential obstacles such as a park manager who was absent due to a health crisis. We closed on the property remotely from New Mexico using online authentication tools and overnighting documents twice when necessary. Aaron was extremely responsive and knowledgeable and found the answers to those issues he had not encountered before. You Rock Aaron! Thank you for your wonderful service.
