After 10 years of dating, Aaron married his high school sweetheart Kris who is an elementary school teacher. Together, they have two boys Max and Parker.
Although his family and real estate career come first, another of Aaron's passions is restoring run-down homes. Aaron bought his first project when he was only twenty-three for $37,000, then sold it 10 months later for twice that amount. Since then, Aaron has bought many homes as investments. These experiences have made Aaron an expert at coaching people on which improvements are most profitable for homeowners, as well as knowing a competitive price when he sees one.
