Living in Hickory my entire life has offered me a lot of insight on the real estate market, and a passion for the community and it’s residents. I strive to go above and beyond the call of duty for every client I have the privilege to serve. I have helped sellers clear rental units when a tenant left without notice and we needed to be able to show it, I have helped others with construction and painting prior to the homes being listed. I am also never to busy to answer my clients questions, even if it is a weekend or evening- or both. Buying or selling real estate is a huge commitment that can cause a lot of stress, and I truly want to ease as much of that stress as possible. The number one complaint that consumers have about their agent is lack of communication or taking too long to respond to questions or concerns. My goal is to provide every person I help with the opposite experience!
