As the owner and operator of Authority Property Management in Redding, CA, I’ve spent the last decade helping property owners and landlords navigate the ins and outs of successful rental management. Since opening our doors in 2015, my wife Joline and I have grown our company to manage over 1,000 units across the North State—and we’re just getting started.

I’m a hands-on broker with a heart for service and a mindset built on long-term results. Whether I’m helping an investor increase returns or making sure a tenant feels heard, I believe great property management is all about communication, trust, and follow-through.

Outside of work, I’m a proud husband, father of four, and a passionate scuba diver who loves to explore new places whenever I can.
