About Aaron

Education:
After graduating from Tampa’s Jesuit High School, Aaron completed his BBA in Business and obtained his Realtor’s license. He then earned his Certified Residential Contractor’s license in 2003, and by 2004 he had also acquired his Real Estate Broker’s license and founded Schmidt Real Estate, LLC.

Professional Experience:
A lifelong Tampa Bay resident, Aaron grew up in the building industry. From summer jobs as a block mason to weekends as a sales agent, Aaron saw firsthand what it takes to design and construct high-quality homes.

In 2003, Aaron joined the Schmidt family building company and was soon managing The Vineyard, their booming Brandon subdivision. After several years of success, Aaron was privileged to join the Apollo Beach team in their Bimini Bay community. Today Aaron feels honored to continue building custom homes in Tampa Bay and carry on the Schmidt family legacy of making other families’ dream homes come to life.
