About Aaron

Aaron was born and raised in Warrensburg, MO. After graduating high school, he attended and played collegiate football for Southwest Baptist University, graduating with a sports management and marketing degree. In 2002, while managing a marketing company, he started investing in real estate and realized that's what he wanted to do with his life. He received his broker's license 2004 and went on to become Director of Operations for a multimillion-dollar real estate investment company, where he developed, marketed, and planned construction for thousands of homes in various markets in the tri-state area. After 20 years in the business and living in the 417 area, Aaron decided to open his own real estate firm, The Agency Real Estate, where he can do what he loves the most, helping agents grow their businesses. Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife, Stephanie, and their two beautiful girls. If there is any time left in the day, Aaron likes to spend it at the lake with friends and family.
