I can’t say enough good things about working through the home buying process with Aaron. If you want someone who will go above and beyond, including making several calls and finding you an entire new mortgage lender when your initial lender drops the ball 2 weeks before closing - Aaron is your agent. He is fun to be around, easy-going, and really gets to know your specific wants and needs to find you the best house. He’s flexible, knowledgeable about the Philadelphia and South Jersey markets, and made guiding me through my first full home buying experience seem easy. Added bonus that he’s also now well-versed in physician mortgage loans. Aaron from the start was very on top of everything. Even the houses that I thought I loved he educated me on the things to look for structural wise instead of cosmetically. The thing I loved most is he was not worried about his commission nor trying to sell us up on a house outside of our budget. He stayed within our means and still showed us beautiful homes we actually closed on a house under budget and saved money! Aaron was also always available via text or phone until reasonable hours of the night. He stayed with us through the entire process start to finish, I’m glad we chose to stay with Aaron!

Aaron was exceptional. He stepped in to take over when another agent failed me. Aaron was available at all times to answer any questions I had and from day one, was setting up showings for me late into the night. He truly made me feel as if I was his only client. He took a chance with me as I utilized a first-time home buying program (NACA) to secure my mortgage. NACA can be a very tedious process, and although it was new to him, he handled everything like a champ. He showed a lot of patience working with me and my mortgage company and took the initiative to understand the process.

Through this home-buying experience I came to understand the level of ease or difficulty in buying a home rest on a lot of different people involved (i.e. your mortgage lender, inspector, contractors, seller, insurance agent, etc.). While it seemed everyone else contributed to making the process harder than it needed to be, Aaron was the only one that was dependable and consistent.

I highly recommend Aaron for your home-buying needs and I look forward to working with him on my next property.
