Becky was a fantastic real estate professional. She had what I now consider to be the most important attributes of a realtor.

To start, we met at her office and she thoroughly went through the realtor's agreement in a way that left me and my girlfriend (she and I jointly purchased the home) with a sense that all the bases were covered. She was clear about the costs and the variables.

During the home inspections, we conducted with her, she gave us sound practical advice regarding inspections (home & FHA). She attended the home inspection and actively advocated on our behalf. While there were many recommendations, (it was often clear where she stood on specific issues), she avoided any explicit recommendations. She was indeed a valuable impartial advisor for us. When we made a tentative decision on the home, she promptly scheduled a revisit to explore definite issues of concern.

I cannot overemphasize the value I now place on a real estate professional in the purchase of a home. Becky Funk was spectacular.

Over the last 4 years, he helped me both buy and sell a condo. Each time the transaction went smoothly, with quick closings both times and no challenges.

Aaron demonstrated excellent customer service from the start. When I first moved to Madison, I contacted many realtors, knowing that I'd eventually be looking to buy. Other realtors said "call me when you're ready," but Aaron took a different approach...he said "Let me drive you around town and get you acquainted with Madison." He then proceeded to drive me all around town, showing me a ton about Madison that I would not have known about. It was SO helpful to me, and he did this with zero guarantee that I was actually going to buy anything.

My husband and I purchased our first home this fall with the help of First Weber- specifically Aaron. We are new to the Madison area and weren't sure who to use for our realtor so a coworker recommended Aaron, as he had closed on his first home recently with Aaron's help. We are so happy we picked Aaron.

Being first time buyers with no idea of real estate, having an experienced realtor like Aaron really made things a lot easier. When we started looking for homes, Aaron organized multiple showings a week and worked around our full time work schedules. He is knowledgeable about not only the real estate market but also housing specs/structural things in general so he would give us all of the information about the property that he could and then let us come to our own conclusions. We never felt pressured to make a decision about a house or put in an offer on something.

During the offer process, Aaron helped us craft strong offers but also helped us set boundaries so we would be able to walk away from a property without overspending or making rash decisions. We never felt pressured to spend more than we were comfortable with or rush the process unnecessarily. When we were outbid, he helped keep our morale high and kept finding homes for us to view until we finally found the perfect one.

When our offer was accepted, Aaron kept in close contact with both our lender and the sellers to make sure the entire closing process went smoothly. He was present at all inspections and at the final walkthrough. He kept us calm during close until we finally got keys in hand. He even gave us advice on post-close things like utilities and renovations.

For two people with full time jobs and no real estate knowledge, having an experienced realtor like Aaron made this process a lot less hellish than it could've been. I would absolutely recommend Aaron to anyone.

Michael was simply fantastic -- he helped us every step of the way with buying our first home. When we started the process, we didn't know the first thing about real estate, but Michael was a really great teacher and took the time to explain everything to us in detail. Aaron inherited an absolute nightmare, I was stationed in Japan trying to sell a house that was very poorly renovated. I had no way of addressing the issues required in order to get the house up to code. Insert Aaron, he stepped in and did things that a real estate agent is not expected to do. Understanding my predicament, he coordinated multiple contractors on my behalf, and maintained a positive line of communication throughout the whole ordeal. The most impressive detail in this story was the fact that the house was selling for 99,000. There wasn't a huge payday lined up for him, he worked way harder than most would have and was a professional the entire time. Thank you, Aaron.

Aaron truly went above and beyond to help us find and purchase our first home. He was very timely with his communications/replies via e-mail and text & was patient with us when we wanted to see a lot of different homes and take our time (over a year) before buying. He advocated for us strongly during the purchase negotiation period and connected us with contractors and other home specialists as needed. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, helpful, friendly, respectful, honest, and hardworking. Aaron Weber made our long-distance house buying so much easier. He was always available by phone, email or text. He got to know what we wanted and was proactive in the search. I liked that he knew about the inner workings of a house, electrical, sump pumps and all of the major things that make a house comfortable and safe to live in. My husband built a home and is an engineer; they would carry on conversations about issues which I knew nothing about. Aaron went above and beyond my expectations. You will receive stellar service.

We worked with Aaron Weber and Andrew Cronin as our second realtor when trying to sell our house. Our first realtor had a standard approach, which wasn't wrong or bad, but it seemed sluggish and perhaps sub-optimal. When we talked with Aaron and Andrew at the advice of some friends, we were still skeptical, but their pitch was smooth, up-to-date, tech savvy, and they were very energetic. Great - talk is cheap right? They showed us their rankings for realtors in the area, they were something like number 15 out of ~2000! We were impressed, but did words and statistics translate into action and results? It did! We had a fixed schedule to move out by a certain date. Aaron and Andrew advised and laid out a plan and were with us every step of the way to answer questions, make suggestions, and carry them out. Once we had moved out of state, Aaron and Andrew kept us updated at all the critical points and made it as painless as possible. We were free to worry about our new jobs, new place, new schools, etc. without the details of the sale bogging us down. I would recommend working with the Aaron Weber group without hesitation.

Mike Paumen went above and beyond to find us the right house...and working through all the different scenarios and interests we had in different houses. He worked tirelessly to show us all the properties we were interested in without forcing us to make a decision after three showings!! He also did a great job selling our existing house in less than a few weeks. We highly recommend working with Mike...he listens and responds in a positive manner. Another perk was the opportunity to move over three weekends by using their moving truck...didn't even know about that perk until after we had been working with Mike for awhile!!

We chose Aaron as our realtor based on the great reviews he received online. After speaking with him and comparing him to another realtor we got the sense that Aaron would get the job done. And we were not wrong! Before we could even put the house up for sale Aaron recommended some repairs and connected us to a contracting firm. They ended up doing a great job and at an affordable price. We posted our house for sale in mid summer and it was sold by November. This was very fast considering that we lost most of the summer. Aaron marketed our house even after the summer was over. He kept us informed of the process the entire time. Aaron used an electronic signature system which allowed us to sell the house in Wisconsin from another state. Because we were out of state, we relied on Aaron for quite a lot! Aaron set up repairs for us and visited the property whenever we needed to get something done. We always got the sense that our sale was a priority for him, even though he had other clients. Our sale also involved a number of negotiations that Aaron handled and it was definitely not an easy house to sell. Aaron was able to get the sale to move forward even though there were multiple opportunities for the sale to stall. Our house also involved buyer with an FHA loan which required a lot more work on Aaron‘s part. We are very pleased with Aaron‘s work and would definitely recommend him!
