Abby was terrific! My fiancé and I recently bought our first home with Abby. A beautiful two bedroom in the south end.

We came into the home buying process as complete novices. Abby was so helpful getting us up to speed and ready to buy. She spent countless hours talking us through our options and getting us into units (which was more difficult than usual because of COVID). Once we found the right place, she helped us negotiate through the night! She then helped us get a great interest rate. From start to finished, Abby was the perfect partner to helping us land our dream home. We’re so thankful we had her on our side!

Abby was a great partner in the leasing and now more recent sale of my Boston condo. We initially partnered right at the outset of the pandemic in March 2020. We had to change strategies a couple times. But in the end the transactions all worked out. Abby was also great taking care of all the little niggling details associated with selling a condo in Boston. I highly recommend her services.

Not only was Abby totally responsive, I gave her a very specific list of requirements and she did not miss the mark.
