About Abe
Abe Khan is Senior Vice President of Retail Investment Sales at SCOPE and one of the Mid-Atlantic region’s most experienced advisors in the retail investment space. With nearly 20 years of deal-making experience and more than $500 million in closed transactions, he brings institutional-level execution with a boutique, client-first approach.
Abe’s career began in landlord representation and leasing strategy, giving him a competitive advantage in underwriting and value creation for sale assignments. His ability to analyze tenancy, reposition rent rolls, and anticipate buyer profiles allows him to consistently outperform on pricing and certainty of execution.
He began his career at a regional full service advisory office, where he focused on retail investment sales, multifamily assets, and self-storage, while building relationships with both private owners and national investment groups.
