Before focusing on real estate brokerage, Abe spent decades in construction, homebuilding and land development. That experience shapes how he evaluates property today—not simply by acreage and comparable sales, but by access, utilities, infrastructure, topography, zoning, surrounding development, development potential and highest and best use.
Abe works with landowners, buyers, developers and investors throughout the Carolinas, with particular experience in the Greenville-Spartanburg market and connections extending into Charlotte, the North Carolina Piedmont and other growing Carolina markets.
He is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and serves as National Vice President of the REALTORS® Land Institute. His industry involvement includes national leadership, education, professional standards, property rights and land-use issues.
