Patient, professional, knowledgable, and organized are just some of the words, I can use to describe Abebi Wolfe. I was extremely apprehensive about starting on the journey to homeownership again because of a poor prior experience. Abebi did not simply sell me a house, she took the time to provide quality and accurate information about every part of the home buying process including working closely with my mortgage team. Abebi presented me properties that fit my unique needs and circumstances. When viewing homes, working with Abebi was nothing short of amazing because of her attention to detail, building structure knowledge, quality professional contacts as well as, her exceptional listening and communication skills. I started my home buying journey in August 2024, and once I found the perfect home, I was able to close in under 60 days, thanks to Abebi Wolfe.

Bebi was a life-saver! As a recent out-of-state graduate, I reached out to Bebi in hopes that she would be able to just chat with me more about navigating apartment reviews, management, and areas that would work for my lifestyle. Instead, she did that and more! She answered all my questions; asked me about my budget, my non-negotiables, and more about myself in general.

Within a day, she'd sent me approx. 30 different listings within my budget and prospective areas I was interested in. Upon visiting some of the listings, she taught me a lot about what to look for in an apartment and what to be cautious of. All the way up to and beyond the lease signing, Bebi was professional and dedicated to making sure I not only found an apartment, but really somewhere for me to call home.

I was referred to Bebi and it was one of the best decision I made. My boyfriend and I were in a time crunch to find a new house to rent and she made the process so easy. We had a conversation at 3pm and by 5pm, she booked 3 houses for us to view the next day. She was so professional, helpful and she communicated with us throughout the whole process! She also gave us some great tips when we decide to buy. We will definitely use Bebi as our real estate agent.

Abebi said that she was just doing her job, but it seemed like it was so much more! Whenever we went inside a home, she meticulously looked at the property as if it was her purchase. Sometimes, that meant driving by a property without even bothering to go inside. She offered great home improvement suggestions from her extensive knowledge and experience. Just before finding my home, I grew tired and a little defeated, but Abebi kept us on course to what ended up being a great destination, a lovely home!
