Abeer did a great job throughout the whole process of listing and marketing my very special, restored 1926 historic home in Homewood , Alabama.
Because of its uniqueness , Abeer was diligent in seeking "the one," the special buyer who will treasure this beauty as its next good steward.
The typical area agents just wanted a quick sale in the highly desirable market of Homewood, and couldn't or wouldn't properly position my special beauty to buyers who love old houses and are interested in historic preservation . Had I capitulated , my home would have likely ended up under the wrecking ball , to be replaced by another nondescript McMansion that sweet Homewood had been overrun with.
Abeer, as an agent new to the Homewood market, saw my home with a fresh perspective , understanding my goals and challenges. She advocated not just for the sale, but for its preservation , which means even more to me .

After debating whether to sell our home on our own versus using an agent, we met with Abeer and instantly knew that she was perfect to represent us. Abeer is full of energy and was able to quickly adapt to our needs and the needs of potential buyers. Abeer negotiated what we feel was an amazing offer on our home and in less than a week had our home under contract.
