Abel Benitez was born and raised in San Gabriel, California, and graduated from Temple City High School. Soon after graduating, Abel worked in the hospitality industry and achieved key management roles at a young age. By taking an entrepreneurial route, Abel discovered a passion for Commercial Real Estate and was recruited to Growth Investment Group as a Business Development Associate in early 2021.
Within a year, he learned the key principles of Commercial Real Estate, including Market Knowledge, Aggressive Underwriting, Negotiations, 1031 Exchange, and Client Relations. With those principles, Abel specializes in Multi-Family Sales across Southern California in neighborhoods such as East Hollywood, Koreatown, Westlake, Pico-Union & many more nearby markets.
