From the first interview, we knew that Abel would be the right person to help us sell our house in Brightwood Park. He presented data, offered candid opinions, and suggested a detailed plan, all of which led to our house selling well within the timeline he promised.

Throughout the process Abel was both proactive and responsive. I knew that I could text or email with any question, and he would have a solid answer almost right away. Even when there was an issue after closing, he responded with grace, as if we were still his client. He is a true professional.

Its was a great pleasure for me to work with Abel. I am a new investor in the real-estate and Abel gave me all the tools and information I needed. He was the right person because he has been in the real-estate business for a while and also he has made multiple house flips so he knows the market very well. Also he has the knowledge and experience if you are planning to buy a house and build sweat equity. What makes him different from other agents is that he helped come up a long term plan that will help me acquire multiple homes(which is my long term plan) and explained to me techniques I can use to get there. He is very professional, punctual and uses his time properly, which you don't see on other real-estate agents. He helped me secure a property where I am able to get positive cash and after few repairs I will secure a large sweat equity on my house as well. I had what I thought was a complicated situation. Abel was an answer to my prayers. He made the whole process seamless. I received a full price offer and closed in less than 30 days. We would have closed sooner, but there was an issue on the buyer's side. I referred him to a friend a couple of weeks ago and now she's about to close on her property as well. Unfortunately I ended out working with another realtor for reasons beyond my control (and my own bad decision), and I regret that mistake greatly. I highly recommend him for investment properties.
