I would highly recommend Ms. Abena Appiah-Nuamah to take care of your real estate needs if you are trying to sell your existing home or buy a new home. She showed motivation, professionalism, and integrity when I was selling my home. Ms. Appiah-Nuamah was always available when I had MANY questions or concerns and satisfied me with her responses concerning my home and the process. Abena is Excellent at what she does. Whether her client is the seller or the buyer, she has her clients best interest at heart, and in my case, I was the buyer.
To say the my first home purchase was less than pleasant is an understatement. Throughout this very stressful home buying process with an adamant seller, Abena stood my ground and made proposals that were in my best interest. At the end, I can say that with Abena’s help, I was able to get the right house, at the right price. She helped me from the home searching phase (she actually found the house I purchased) all the way to the closing.
It’s rare to find agents now a days who have their client’s best interest and not their pocket’s best interest. I would 100% work with her again.

This is my third experience buying a home and the first by myself without a partner. Well actually I did have a partner, Abena. I have never felt more like someone was in my corner fighting for me than during this process. She held my hand and walked beside me every step of the way. She was determined and knowledgeable and my easy button. House purchasing is stressful but she made it a breeze. 10/5 stars, would have her find me a house again. 💗

The process of buying a house is beyond stressful. I can honestly say without her I'll still be renting. Abena is very proficient and knowledgeable of her job, she is definitely reachable 24/7 lol she never sleeps, most of all she TRUSTWORTHY and cares about what's BEST FOR YOU. Yoooo ! 5 star is actually the minimum, wish I could give Mrs. Abena 100 stars (honestly). The experience was AMAZING! As First Time Home Buyers, she set various sessions to educate us on the market terminologies, she held our hand through the process, she was like our eyes and ears honestly.. whatever we suggested we wanted, she would listen to us and respectfully provide us with a better suggestion (her suggestion were always better than what we thought was best). She is Honest and is Future minded. A friend whom she helped buy is the one who referred us to her and I have adopted her as my Baby Sister (🤣) - this is just to tell you how much she would fight to get you the best. Miss Abena, is a premium professional in league. A very thorough and diligent real estate dynamo from what I have noticed! I was a first-time home-buyer. Most loan-officers and realtors in the past made me feel like a little kite in the sky on a string. With infinite possibilities of what could go wrong. From the initial video conference to discuss goals, to the meet-up, to navigating the listing features online, to home-visits... very persistent with her command of the english language and made you come alive with her genuine heart-warming concerns. This was her 1st VA Loan, and instead of playing guessing games or giving false-hope she found out anything she could to smoothen the procedure and inspection requirements. I went from guessing I will own a home one-day, to meeting and hoping it could happen, to feeling like a rocket blasting off into space!
