Abby Alaniz is a McAllen, Texas native proudly rooted in the vibrant Rio Grande Valley. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from the University of Texas–Pan American. With over 13 years of experience in graphic design and marketing, Abby spent 6 years specializing in Real Estate Marketing, giving her a strategic edge in positioning homes to stand out in today’s market. Now with two years as a licensed Realtor, Abby combines creative expertise with in-depth market knowledge to deliver a seamless and results-driven experience for buyers and sellers alike. Her background allows her to approach every transaction with a strong eye for detail, thoughtful branding, and clear communication—ensuring her clients feel confident and supported at every step. Outside of real estate, Abby enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, continuing her education through baking school, and giving back to her community through active involvement on local boards.
