Let’s start with me knowing Abi for more than a decade. When we moved across states from Chicago to Georgia, we still called Abi for her wealth of knowledge about all kinds of confusing things for home-buying in a different state and how to take advantage of opportunities, like our first swimming pool! She never failed to give us valuable advice and help us avoid potential hazards and hurdles.

Abi’s skillset, or skillsets, plural, are awesome to have on your side of the bargaining table, too. She can wear the negotiating hats of many kinds of buyers and sellers, to navigate the market and translate the experience into an enjoyable one—it’s just always fun because Abi makes it feel that way, even though it can be confusing, frustrating and sometimes impossible.

But don’t let all that fun fool you, Abi busts her butt to get you into a home you didn’t realize was possible. And she smiles sincerely the whole way through.

And, for us, once we got going with our purchase, Abi kept surprising us with all her connections. Abi’s got a got a guy, or a gal, for pretty much anything.

If you ever need help navigating a move and ALL that goes with it, you know you’re at home—or about to get into a great one— when Abi is your agent.

Abby is awesome!!!! She has a great understanding of the Chicago market and area (Lincoln Square, North Center, Ravenswood, etc). What sets Abby apart is her warmth, care and professionalism. She truly cares about her clients' needs and wants. Abby is attentive and listens carefully. She also gave me great design recommendations (I needed the help) and put me in touch with great, local contacts. Working with Abby is like being with a trusted friend of many years. She's also fun to be around.

Wow, where do I start?

Well, Abi was beyond amazing. At the beginning of the process she helped us find a good variety of places, and showed us how they're all priced and potentially why they were priced as such. When we narrowed it down to the place we eventually got, she was above and beyond. This is our first experience in buying a house (Condo, I guess. Let's just say Home!) and she took us under her wing and made us very comfortable (especially in situations where we felt stupid about asking certain things). The sellers agent was... let's just say not the easiest or particularly prompt. However, she killed them with kindness and made sure all of our questions and needs were met. Constantly aware (from memory) of the things that were not fulfilled from the contract, she made sure to get them to fix what was agreed upon. In addition to that she helped us negotiate a credit for things that the sellers agent didn't "believe" were necessary, (again, they were difficult) but were very important to us. The process was so smooth because of her expertise and relentless work.

Would recommend her to anyone!
