Acenya came highly recommended from my mortgage broker for her many years of experience in real estate. I liked Acenya immediately as she is friendly and easy going and made one of our biggest life decisions feel easy! I lived in LA and was looking to buy with my boyfriend in San Diego and she was always available even when I couldn’t come in person, such as attending open house and tours on our behalf using facetime. She always answered our calls and texts immediately and provided useful opinions and recommendations. We faced several challenges working with the seller’s agent and negotiating credits from the seller and Acenya got us what we deserved and wanted. Her knowledge is invaluable! Even after we closed escrow she stayed in touch, continuing to make sure we were happy in our new home. I would recommend Acenya for anyone buying a home and not only will I stay in touch, but I consider her a friend.
