I don’t have the words to adequately praise and recommend Ada. She is wise, patient, visionary, responsive, and overall genuinely caring. She has gone above and beyond what I would have excepted a realtor to do.

If you are new to the area- I would especially recommend her. She has a large network of contacts that we have been equally thankful for and impressed with (home inspector, lender, roofer..).
We could not have navigated the waters of this housing market without her!

Ada is absolutely wonderful to work with and you need to give her a call for anything property-related in the Huntsville area. She is extremely honest, informative, and communicative, and truly takes the time and effort to listen, understand, and advocate for her clients. Within the first couple weeks of receiving my search criteria, she found a property that was perfect for me. Apart from her strong interpersonal skills, Ada also possesses a solid technical understanding of each unique stage of a real estate transaction - this was very important to me to understand the best real estate offer terms and regulations specific to this market. Ada was such a blessing to us while we learned to navigate this crazy housing market. We worked with Ada this spring to purchase our home in Huntsville. What immediately drew us to her was her extensive knowledge about the Madison/Huntsville area. We were moving from out of town, and she was able to help us navigate several different areas and find one that was right for us. Additionally, she went above and beyond to find us a house. She didn't just set up a search that was similar to what we could see on Zillow and wait for us to call her with houses we wanted to see. She was actively talking with agents and friends in different areas that we were interested in looking for houses pre-market, FSBO, or any other avenue to get us the house we were looking for. At times she even drove by scouting the areas just to find the house for us. She was extremely responsive and always available. Once we actually had an accepted offer, she walked us through the whole process. She was proactive and patient with us. She tracked everything down, even an issue that popped up after we moved in. We always felt like she was trying to do her best for us and our situation. We couldn't more highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy in Huntsville!

A friend of ours referred Ada to us, and we could not have been happier with her performance as a our real estate agent, especially as a military family moving to AL from out of state. Ada was responsive, researched and resolved issues promptly, and took the time to explain paperwork and procedures thoroughly. Her efforts and these qualities became even more important when we ran into multiple closing delays. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic helped to make a difficult situation better. She took on the hard discussions with the builder to make sure things were done right. She also leveraged a network of professionals to help in our search for an inspector and lender options. Ada was relatively new to the real estate game when we asked her to work with us. We had gone to church with her for years and knew what kind of woman she was (dedicated wife and mother, friendly, outgoing, all around great gal). She grew up here in Huntsville, so we knew she knew the area.

We came to the table with a unique set of requirements for our next house but that didn't seem to slow Ada down at all. She came up with a list of places and we'd go look at them, ruling them out for various reasons. We asked her if she could get us into various places we had found and that was never a problem. We weren't in a hurry and that was no problem either. She kept coming up with new options for us as new listings appeared. We probably looked at over 20 houses before we found The One. If we drove her nuts, she never let on. Once we did find the house we wanted, she kicked it into high gear, handling paperwork and negotiations as though she had been doing it for 20 years. She had contacts with local insurance (that we didn't use) and mortgage folks (that we did) that further helped the acquisition process along.

Once that dust settled, we immediately set about selling our old house. If she hadn't told us that ours was the first home she had ever listed herself, we would have never known. If we had questions she couldn't answer, she would consult with one of the other more experienced agents in her office and get back to us promptly. She coached us through the whole "coming soon" process into when the listing was finally live. Fortunately, we had multiple offers quickly and she helped us turn those negotiations into a signed contract. She stuck by us all the way through closing, handling last minute items that cropped up. She made what has in the past been a frustrating and stressful process into something that was enjoyable and, ultimately, fruitful.

If I had to sell this house tomorrow and find another one here in the area, I wouldn't think of calling anyone but Ada. She is a great realtor and an even better person. You should call her!

We were referred to Ada through a close friend who had also just relocated to Huntsville, AL. Our family was in the process of relocating from out of state and we had reached out to Ada while still in Colorado. Ada went above and beyond in every facet in our remote home search, she was constantly in touch with us, always available (video chatted us at every home), followed through on every question and request we had, and was committed to finding us the exact home that fit not only our family, but our personality as well.

Ada made our first home buying experience amazing, stress free, and simplified the process for us. We would not have found the perfect home for our family without her! While we made a home purchase from 1,000 miles away, we were absolutely amazed when we saw it in person.
