Grew up in a little town called Clinton Massachusetts, where my father owned a little grocery store called the Spanish American Market.
We moved to Orlando, FL in the mid-seventies when I was thirteen years old. In 1981 moved to Vancouver British Columbia, Canada. In 1986, I returned to Florida, and worked with the major credit bureau Experian for 4 years, as a credit investigator and foreign specialist for mortgage purposes.
From 1993 to 1997 I owned and operated Universal Credit Bureau , Inc. also received my Mortgage Brokers License. I was then offered a job with CSR Rinker now known as CEMEX and went into the offices as a credit investigator, troubleshooter, and managed builders accounts and disputes. CUSTOMER SERVICE paid off once again and within a year I was working with Florida Rock Industries in the billing dept., handling over 6,000,000 in past due revenue and getting client's accounts straight.
In 2001, we incorporated another business called Nu-Wave Tile Design. We grew fast, knowing most builders in Orlando and the surrounding area including
Polk County and Lake County.
In 2011, I discovered Cape Coral and its beautiful surroundings, the nature parks, canals, and beaches. I decided it was time for change and got my Real Estate
License, and it was the best thing I ever did. I have a passion for helping clients find what they are looking for. I excel in meeting your expectations, and available 24/7.
