Born and raised in the border of Brownsville Texas & Matamoros Tamaulipas with dual citizenship, Beto is a graduate of Baja California State University with a degree in Civil Engineering and MBA in Monterrey Tec. Beto has 12 years of experience developing industrial facilities in Reynosa and Matamoros Mexico.
