Adam is the perfect realtor if you are searching for a realtor that’s knowledgeable of all regulatory policies for the State of Maryland regarding the search of a house, placing an offer, negotiating and accepting and reviewing the contract. He’s very committed, dependable, and personable from the time you sign on with him, giving you the proper guidance to purchase and or sell your home. His guidance has been phenomenal, giving information that is only factual and proven. He really loves what he does, our family feels, this is why he gets great results. Adam believes in taking care of the client. You are not a bother if you call or have a question.
Adam is very honest, he believes in following the policies In accordance with all real estate professional laws between realtor and client. He’s never late to appointments, he negotiates with the seller and or buyer and puts his client home desires first. Had an amazing experience with Adam. He assisted us in buying a new home and selling our old home. Adam did a fantastic job of coming into our home and highlighting the few items that needed our attention for a quick sale. He was spot on. We had numerous showings, multiple offers and a signed contract in just four days of listing. He is very knowledgeable regarding the current housing market. In addition, he was extremely responsive to any questions we had and was in constant contact with us throughout both deals. Highly recommend!

Listen, if you want to buy or sell your house......anyone certified can do that for you. Adam, however is different. He is extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process. We sold 2 houses through him and bought our forever home through him. He really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first open house. He saw our patterns and knew what we wanted better than we did. The way the market is and was we were so worried about who would assist us. He's the guy. Ask him why he's in realty, he'll tell you. He put a stop to our worries early on when we would fall in love with a house and he would bring us back to reality. I thought my wife was the picky one until we went home shopping and realized I am. Adam was patient with us and truly is The Real Property Guy. Thanks again, I would hands down recommend him for your next home sale or purchase.

Adam did a great job of helping me get my house sold! I moved during the process so I was mostly unavailable for most of the things that needed to be done. Minor repairs, lawn mowing, hedge trimming, he took care of all of it. He was great at communicating everything that needed to be done. I'd go with him again in a heartbeat.

When my wife and I started to look at homes a few months ago we really had no idea what was involved with the home buying process but we were ready to purchase our first home. We were introduced to Adam and within a couple of weeks he was negotiating an offer on our behalf for the perfect house. Adam not only helped us find a new home a couple of months ago and he made the process a breeze. We let Adam know what we were looking for and it wasn't long before he had the perfect property to meet our needs. Adam is very easy to work with and always responded to phone calls , text, and emails in a timely fashion, he worked around our hectic schedule and we couldn't of been happier. My wife and recommended him to her father and he is now selling her fathers home. They listed the house about a week ago and have already received multiple offers.

Meeting Adam was purely by chance, assigned to us by a Redfin inquiry when we were only dreaming of buying a new home. Adam was very responsive to our numerous requests to see many different houses, even when he knew our previous house was not yet listed. We did our best to limit our requests until we were on the market, but he didn't mind. His insight into the housing market - trends, fads, value - was very helpful. When we were ready to write an offer, he was instrumental in making our offer stand out, and in working with our seller to get the deal done to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure working with him. In this market, anyone can sell a house, but it was nice to work with someone who cared more about what we wanted. Thank you Adam!
