Adam is a very great person who knows a whole lot about his line of work he will take care of you to his very best ability never gives up on anyone. Always there when you call or have a question even if he don't know he will find out hes the complete opposite of a hounder trying to get you to buy any ole house he makes sure its what you really want he wasted a lot of his time and gas to steer me right i love my house i have now!

Adam did a great job helping me sell my first house in 2006. He had good advice on some minor updates I needed to make the house more appealing. He is honest and tells it like it is so you aren't mislead by anything. He worked hard getting buyers and helping me through the negotiation. I will call upon Adam when I eventually sell again.

Adam worked with us for 5 months as we searched for the home we purchased. He sent us information on homes that we had told him were on our list of wants/needs. When we found our new home, he very efficiently worked though the negotiation process. We were able to purchase our home at an agreeable price. He also worked very hard for us through the financing process and was able to explain why each piece of information was necessary for today's lending requirements. He kept most of the financing jitters at a minimum for us. We hadn't purchased a home for almost 20 years. In the end we were very satisfied with his services. So we referred him to our youngest daughter and son in law and they purchased a home from Adam. Then he sold our home that we had moved from when we purchased our new home. Later that summer, our other daughter used Adam's services to purchase her condominium. Everyone of us were treated fairly and honestly by Adam. I think I could say that all of us were very happy with Adam's helpful knowledge of the market place and wouldn't hesitate to call him again for real estate services.

Adam did and outstanding job in selling two of my homes in Louisville. As I'd moved out of town, I had to depend on Adam extensively for recommendations, communication, etc. Adam went above and beyond the call in regard to helping find people to make repairs, letting people in for work when needed, etc. He marketed the house in a variety of locations and provided excellent, well detailed feedback along the way. Adam is my property manager and I would be in BIG trouble without him. I live across the country and rent out my condo. During some construction work the place flooded. He was there that night talking to the contractors and tenants. He has been knowledgeable, but more importantly has been available to meet with insurance agents and contractors about the repairs. We had a death in the family. We asked Adam to come by and look at the house to let us know all our options and what all we would need to do to make the house ready to sell. Adam actually suggested we should try to rent the house because of its great location. When we decided that we would sell it, Adam took care of everything for us. He got the listing set up and the day it hit the market we had buyers lined up. He reviewed the pro's and cons of the offers that started pouring in. We accepted one by Noon on the same day it went on market. All the paperwork was done electronically and fast. At a time where we were still dealing with the loss of a Family member Adam stepped in and hit it out of the park. I would highly recommend Adam Borders.

We originally listed our house with Adam because of his knowledge of our neighborhood, the market, but most importantly his involvement in the community. As we prepared our home to list, he ensured every corner of the house was show ready with us, used his resources to price us correctly, and made sure he had everything in order to meet our needs. That being said, we posted a sign in the yard, immediately had 4-6 showing requests, had our 1st contract in 1.5 days and a signed contract in 4 days for asking price. From that point, Adam made sure all the buyer requests and other closing needs were in order and that we didn't have any roadblocks. We then had to deal with building or not building. At first we decided to build, but in the middle of the planning process we elected to purchase instead. Adam immediately changed gears and found us a similar house to what we wanted to build, in the same neighborhood and exactly where we needed to be on price. He again helped us with all the small details up to closing and has kept in touch afterwards to ensure we had a smooth transition into our new home. Everyone says they have your best interests in mind, but Adam just shows he does.
