Adam is one of the most professional and highly attentive realtors I have used on a buy-side residential transaction. Adam helped navigate multiple deal closing hiccups along the way toward securing a close. He is very knowledgeable about remodeling and fixing outdated items through personal experience and this knowledge added a lot of value beyond what other realtors can provide. Many realtors talk about being able to remodel and make it sound easy, but most have never actually gone through many remodel projects so they don’t have real perspective on what’s actually involved. This additional perspective Adam has is quite an attribute for a prospective buyer. There is nothing like personal experience remodeling and Adam doesn’t just talk-the-talk to get a close, but offers valuable insight so the buyer is well equipped with knowledge going into offers. Also Adam is very responsive, professional and quick to turn around deliverables, which was key to being the first offer on the table and getting a home under contract. I highly recommend using his services.
