Adam treated me like family! His knowledge of being a contractor helped me understand why certain houses were not good options. I thought I wanted something basic but once we went to one house visit, he showed me what else I was looking for. I went to 3 home visits and the 3rd house was my dream house.
My main things I liked was
1. The conference provided me detailed information on the entire process (which all realtors do not do)
2. He stayed in my budget -my approval was higher but I wanted to stay lower and he honored that
3. He was available like all the time for me
4. Knowledgeable of all things home🏡
