We had been working with another agent and spent months in the dark. We were referred to Adam and things changed immediately. We were very selective on the location and type of home and within days Adam had found our house. He worked with us daily to make it a smooth transition, as we were first time homebuyers. Adam put in our offer and got us everything we wanted and we closed in no time with no hiccups on Adam's part. He isn't an agent out to break sales records, he truly is in it to make happy customers. The amount of time Adam put in helping us out is amazing. Heck he even designed and build our dream deck!! Its been a year since we closed and Adam still checks in with us and makes sure we are happy. I could not possibly recommend anyone stronger than I do with Adam. Do not waste your time with another agent.

I met Adam at an open house where I provided my contact information. We had a brief conversation about what I was looking for in a new home and he got busy finding it. Adam is assertive without being pushy. I had been looking for at least a year before he started helping me. In hindsight I realize Adam is the reason I am a homeowner again. He gave me the nudge I needed when the search got tiring. We found exactly what I wanted. A house with the features I liked in my comfort price zone. I love it. The buying process was as stress free as it could be for a short sale. I highly recommend Adam Cary!
