Im not the one to write reviews but this man deserves it all. Our agent Adam chaudhry has been a name that most of our family members recommended to us although our initial thought was that it’s something a bit exaggerating but Boy we were wrong ! He is exceptionally amazing at his work and you can tell from his face he thoroughly enjoys his job and is an expert at providing A1 customer service. Be rest assured that you’ve made a great decision by choosing him as a realtor because he’s always there with you from the beginning till the very end(even after shifting and moving)
- Some key points to remember-
1. He’s an excellent negotiator
2. Doesn’t mind explaining the same thing to us multiple times until you for-sure know what you’re stepping into
3. He will essentially be able to get you credits because of his ability
4. He knows every nook and cranny about real estate and will be your rock throughout the process
5. Lastly a very friendly person whom you will build a relationship with once you get in touch and he was sweet enough to get a moving gift to my little one and for our new home( a genuine gesture of appreciation)

Mr Adam was really helpful in every aspect of home buying process, he helped me buying a house of my desire, need and budget.

Adam Chaudhry is an illinois local so he has a ton of knowledge about the market which helped us in finding our right home at the right time
I would say overall experience was very good by the office as well.. Specially working with Adam was like working with family he even gave us a credit from his side during purchasing which I have never heard of thank you adam
Adam Chaudhry was on top of his work.. He is really helpful in explaining the slightest detail to the client we had a very hard seller to negotiate but Adam helped a lot he was reffered by my brother who had a similar thoughts and I will be doing the same Thank you Adam

Without Adam on our side we wouldn't have gotten as much in credits from the sellers. His willingness to work with the selling agent and sellers to get us a better deal was amazing. He also dealt with our lawyer in certain instances when the lawyer did not seem to think pricing or credits should weigh as heavily in our favor as they did. Without Adam we would have paid more and had a much harder buying experience.

Adam's commitment to finding us the right house in the right time and his availability made buying a home a little less tedious and painful. I would recommend Adam to any of my friends and family for home buying or selling in the future.

Adam Chaudhry walked me through the process of purchasing my first home and answered all of my questions from start to finish. When I wanted to see a house, he scheduled the tour in a timely manner and he was always punctual for house tours. I saw how patient he was when I placed 4 offers on houses that were not accepted. I would most definitely recommend Adam to friends or family looking to buy or sell their house.

Adam was the answer to our prayers!!! We were nervous and inexperienced as first time homebuyers, but Adam stepped right in and guided us to our perfect home. He knows the neighborhoods well and could identify if a property was good or bad immediately. Saved us time and stress. He also went to bat for us so many times during negotiations. He's the absolute best. We consider him an honorary family member!
