As a native-born New Rochellean, Adam brings a very diverse lifestyle to this incredible community. He graduated from New Rochelle High School, at which time he attained the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 11 New Rochelle.
Adam later attained a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami, where he was an active member of ASCE and Chi Epsilon Honor Society. He has Structural Design experience with Desimone Consulting Engineers as well as experience managing ground-up construction of residential high-rise buildings. He spent a few years doing residential rehabilitation on projects from single-family residences to 100+ unit apartment complexes. Adam's organizational standards, attention to detail, spatial orientation, structural clarity, and willingness to create solutions to problems make him an asset to all real estate dealings.
Adam is an Entrepreneur who is a real estate investor, Cutco knife salesman, and teacher. He taught high school-level mathematics in urban schools in Rhode Island for a few years. Adam believes that education and action are the keys to making a plan a reality. He has a philosophy of doing activities that make people happy and healthy. His goal is to work with people to solve problems in a creative, fulfilling way.
Adam has always enjoyed vehicles, summer and winter sports as well as country line dancing. Adam had run his giant pickup truck on used vegetable oil for a period of 8 years, logging over 100,000 miles on veggie oil and averaging 40 mpg diesel fuel economy annually while staying nearly carbon neutral! He enjoys all water sports and most recently standup paddleboarding when he is not sailing or on a standup Jetski. When winter hits, he tries to spend a little time on the mountain skiing, snowboarding, and riding ski blades. Adam operates a country line dancing business in Westchester, providing Lessons, Parties, and DJ Services to experts and novices alike.
