Working with Adam Coleman was an absolutely incredible experience, especially during what could have been a stressful move from Texas to Ohio. I found Adam by asking ChatGPT, “Who is the best realtor in Akron, Ohio?” Adam was the first agent listed — and now I know why!

I had an initial call with Adam to interview him, with the intention of speaking to a few other agents as well. I didn’t need to. After that first conversation, I knew Adam was the perfect person to work with. He immediately embraced my remote situation without hesitation and guided me every step of the way. Adam connected me with the perfect lending team, inspection team, and every other professional I needed throughout the process.

Since I was relocating from across the country, I had to rely heavily on his expertise and presence — and he delivered beyond expectations. Adam was always available, quick to respond, and went above and beyond to keep me informed. He was present for everything I couldn’t attend in person, which gave me complete confidence from miles away.

My brother was killed in the line of duty in Sept 2024, we had to sell his home. Initially the first realtor we were with did not communicate with us, viewed it more as a sale of a home, not an estate sale, she cut corners and would not listen to the family, she did so many ither unethical things that we were ready to walk away and go with another company. Adam reached out to me and promptly turned things around, he was kind, courteous, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. As difficult as a time as this is for my family, he made the process easier. I could not recommend him enough, especially when dealing with estate sales. As Adam and I talked about during our first phone call, selling an estate should be the one thing grieving loved ones should not have to worry about, we have so many other things to care for. This guy is nothing short of AMAZING. Adam sold my sons house and let him to his next home in 2021... selling and buying in unison is no simple act!! Believe that! But Adam pulled it off without delay. His calm demeanor and steadfast Business sense got the job done.

Not long after that, Adam tackled selling my dad's house, also known as the home I grew up in, I'm sure you can imagine the emotion attached to that for my family, not to mention the house was in a bit of disrepair, which was quite the project. However, Adam managed to pull it off nearly immediately. Kudos once again to Adam and his team for doing a better job than even we thought was going to be possible.

Bringing us up to date on our most recent real estate adventure with Adam and his team at REMAX. Another simultaneous buy and sell success story on the books. In this market, I am still in awe at how Adam and his team pulled off what they did, but we landed very well and could not be happier in our new home. Don't get me wrong, there were some slight hiccups along the way, it's a very stressful situation trying to sell a house and purchase a house at the exact same time, but the way people respond to those hiccups is what sets them apart, Adam and his team responded in the best way possible, each and every time.

My wife and I were looking to sell our house and relocate. The goal was to reduce our overhead. We had a brand new home. Barely one year old. It was a beautiful modern house but expensive and we were looking to eliminate 100,000 grand from our balance sheet. We had several areas we wanted to land in. We contacted Adam and he listed our house. We sold it in what I consider a pretty short amount of time. I think right around 40-45 days. Not bad considering his competition was the sales office in the development. We had quite a bit of traffic and some of the concerns were that the same house could be built cheaper than our list price. Adam went to work trying to win those concerns over. He was armed with all the upgrades and prices. Our house did sell and the next hurdle was finding something to keep from having to deal with temporary housing. We did find our forever home that checked our boxes in a fantastic neighborhood. Both transactions happened and we were able to use the proceeds from the sale for our new purchase. Adam addressed all of our concerns and believe me, my wife and I were a basket of nerves but Adam handled everything and we accomplished our stated goal and we could not be happier.

I'm currently living in Akron but I was living in Los Angeles when I met Adam. I put in an offer on a house in Akron in December of 2022 with one of his team members, Joe Camp. Unfortunately when I flew to Akron to see the house in person, the house had a major flaw which I could not have known about from the photos of the house or the virtual tour I took and I had to back out of the deal.

Joe got the paperwork together to terminate the sale of the house and we got it in on time but the sellers refused to sign it.

Adam and I hadn't worked together up until that point but he worked together with Joe to try to get the sellers to recognize that I had abided by the terms of the contract and the law was on my side. But the sellers wouldn't budge.

Adam called me and told me that my only options were taking them to court and winning my way out of the contract or do something that was completely unfair to me which I cannot disclose. Adam then told me that he and Joe would take on the burden of this completely unfair thing in order to get me out of the contract which was a huge burden lifted off my shoulders. I am disabled and trying to take on a legal battle from across the country would have been a nightmare for me.

Adam said a couple of things to me that I think speak volumes not only about the kind of realtor he is but also the kind of person he is. The first thing he said that struck me is that he said when he or one of his team members say they're going to help you buy a house, that's what they intend to do and they're not going to let their clients get the short end of the stick even if the deal doesn't go through.

The second thing he said is that he doesn't let anyone on his team who isn't going to treat their clients like family. And that's the way I felt working with Adam and Joe. I felt like I mattered to them as a person, not just as a client.

I trusted Adam and Joe so much that I returned to Akron in February of 2023 to house hunt with Joe and we found one. Without Adam and Joe, I would not have been able to realize my lifelong dream of owning my own home.

I cannot recommend Adam and Joe highly enough. Hire them for all of your real estate needs. You won't be disappointed.

I just had Adam take the reigns on selling my home. I had my real estate license, but it is currently inactive due to a potential relocation and having a baby. It left me too little time to focus on selling this property… and if I’m being completely honest, it’s too easy to procrastinate when it came down to working on my own deal compared to having clients to work for, that inspires a certain level of motivation and drive to shine.

After some discussion with my husband, we decided to give Adam a call to see if he could get it done. We worked together previously and I felt that his determination and outside of the box thinking would be just what we needed. I knew that he would always be upfront with me and that he never is too busy for a client, even if it’s just a quick update that he’s waiting for an update. That level of being kept in the loop was something I truly appreciated. And I worded it as client, but with Adam, I think more often than not, you end up as friends by the end of the process. You can count on him to have your best interest at heart and to do a great job whether you are buying or selling.

I can't say enough about the super great service I received from Adam Coleman of Re/Max Diversity! He came in on the heels of a very bad experience I had with another realtor who had my home up for sale for 90 days and did next to nothing to actually get it sold. Sadly my home was barely shown to anyone and it was not sold in the 90 day contract they held me to. Adam came in and took over after the unsuccessful attempt of the first realtor, knowing that I had found the rental home I wanted to move into and that I had to commit to that home within about 2 weeks in order to not lose it to someone else. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me get it ready to sell and had my home sold within two weeks of when he put it up on the MLS. He did a very professional job and helped me through a very stressful time. I very highly recommend him to anyone needing a realtor they can really count on to work for them. He is the very best---professionally and personally!

This was my first time ever buying a house and I’m only 25, I didn’t really have much guidance and had no idea where to start. I got in contact with Adam because I had found a house that really grabbed my attention and I knew I had to have it. After we did a walkthrough of this house I was dead set on getting it but had no idea how to go about things. Adam went above and beyond to get me on the right track to try and get this house. He paved a path for me and did everything in his power to make it run smoothly. He’s very attentive, knows what he’s talking about, and made sure I was up to date with every bit of information I needed to know. He not only is very professional and good at what he does, he is also a good friend too. I had many struggles while going through the buying process, not all of them were related to purchasing a house, and he was always quick to let me know that I was doing a great job, that all of my hard work would pay off. This was my first home purchase and to say I was nervous is a understatement. Adam was right there through every step no questions asked. He was also the reason I didn’t put a offer in on a lemon. I met Adam he asked what I was looking for, he kept me level headed. Working with Adam was not only a great experience, he is also a friend now. I highly recommend him to anyone. Just a side note I closed weeks ago and he still keeps in touch to make sure everything is still good. It’s hard to find honest and reliable in a person who is in sales and Adam is just that.

He sold my in-laws’ house within a week for $20,000 more than we expected through hustling, contacts, promotion, consulting with us to make minor updates, and always looking for the best solutions to any concerns that popped up.
