Adam Doak

Adam Doak has been a commercial Realtor with American Property Group since early April 2013. Prior to this, he worked in the real estate industry with Nationwide Realty Investors located in Columbus, Ohio. In his role with NRI, Adam’s responsibilities consisted of the management and leasing of brand-new construction for higher-end apartment communities in the downtown Columbus area. These communities consisted of 150 to 300+ units and needed to be leased within a budgeted time frame. Adam successfully met all assigned leasing goals – not an easy task – and this is a testament to his work ethic, business skills, his can-do attitude, and his personality. With Adam’s knowledge and experience, combined with the marketing programs and technology which American Property Group consistently implements, he’s successful in all types of commercial transactions.
Adam Doak handles everything from the sales and leasing of Retail, Industrial, Offices, Restaurants, Vacant Land, and 1031/Investment Opportunities.
Adam Doak’s true passion is taking over a listing that has been on the market without any results! Adam’s “outside the box” thinking and strategy can take a “can’t be done transaction” to a SOLD or LEASED result with both parties as winners!
When Adam is not working commercial transactions he enjoys spending time with his wife along with their two dogs. They are active boaters and enjoy everything the Gulf Coast has to offer.
