Adam Franklin

In 2013 Adam became a licensed Realtor. Usually working alongside his mom, Tracy Franklin, JLS REALTOR, he has had an enormous amount of experience and exposure to the Real Estate world. Adam averages about 30 deals a year and has learned that no two deals are the same. He values the importance of good customer service and meeting people’s needs. He has realized that a lot of people can do this job but he enjoys relating and working with his clients in a way that lets them know they are taken care of. Buying or selling a home is one of the most personal transactions one can make so he recommends working with someone you can trust and enjoy working with.

Adam was born and raised in Cashmere and know the valley well. He attended Central Washington University and received a degree in Sociology with a minor in General Wine Studies. With these studies, I he has learned a great deal of people, business, society, equal rights and of course a little about wine. After a lot of traveling and seeing the other side of the world, he has returned home to pursue a career in real estate. With three children and a wife, Adam understands helping families find their next home. He looks forward to helping you with your Real Estate goals!
