Above͏ and beyond expectations!
I͏ was a little concerned about listing my home in Gresham with a realtor based out of Eugene, but going with Adam was a great choice. He was super helpful throughout the entire process. Next time I'm looking to buy or sell Adam will definitely be my first call.

My partner and I were introduced to Adam through mutual friends. We had an initial discussion about a desire to live in South Eugene, but our dreams were not realistic at the time. Fast forward a few months and we needed to MOVE FAST to land our dream home. Adam came out on a Sunday to show us the house and worked his tail off to get paperwork signed all in the matter of a few hours. We know the deadlines hitting us that day, but it was Adam sealing the deal on the first home we saw!

Adam was very communicative, patient, and really understanding to someone like me, who knows nothing about buying a home. His expertise gave us comfort throughout the process. Adam showed up when we needed his hand and kept in regular contact after that initial paperwork was signed. That being said, the three of us had a great time throughout the homebuying process!

Personally, I will recommend Adam to friends and family in the area. I never once thought I was in the hands of some unscrupulous real estate agent. No doubt, working with Adam is sealed into the love we have for our first home together. We couldn’t be happier!

I am an extremely satisfied first-time home-buyer and client of Adam Furney Real Estate. At age 61, and newly separated from my husband, I could not find a place to rent but was reluctant to explore home ownership due to past financial issues. I contacted Adam through an online listing, and from the very first conversation through to the signing on my home and beyond, he listened patiently, answered my questions knowledgeably, and helped me look realistically at my options.

Two months later, I was in a beautiful home that fits my needs perfectly and that I’m loving more than any place I’ve ever lived. Throughout the process, Adam was consistently available and focused on the things that were important to me in finding a home. He knows the Eugene-Springfield area well. He connected me with a great lender and put together a bid that was affordable and quickly accepted in this very tough seller’s market.

Finding a home during this tough life transition could have been very stressful, but Adam went above and beyond what a typical realtor would offer. I still consider him a resource as I learn about homeownership for the first time. I especially appreciate his warmth, humor, and and patience. I highly recommend Adam Furney if you want a realtor who knows his stuff and clearly cares about helping clients find a home they will cherish.

I cannot say enough about Adam. It took well over a year for my home purchase to occur. I was in no position to buy, credit was shot with a bunch of debt. Adam put me in touch with a lender, who steered me towards credit repair. I did what they suggested, improved my credit, payed off some debt, and qualified for home loan. Adam and I got to shopping, with him gently reminding me of my wish list when my impatience would take over, or if shiny things caught my squirrel eye. I ended up purchasing my home. An absolutely PERFECT home for my kids and I. I feel like this home was made for us. And we only found it, and were able to purchase it, with Adam’s help. Adam genuinely cares about his clients and their dreams. He is knowledgeable and savvy with contract negotiations. Thank you, Adam!!!!

Adam did an awesome job! I had been told, by other real estate agents, that my home would be difficult to sell. Adam was confident he could get it sold. He did and did it within a few days!
Adam always kept me up on what was happening through out the process and was very patient with all my questions. He not only sold my home, but helped with the purchasing process of my new home. Very eager to ensure you get a great home and have the full, exciting home buying experience. Adam doesn't give you the "agent talk" either and will go out of his way to make sure you understand the processes and that you have all of your ducks in a row for the entire ride. Never once did Adam let up when we dealt with a rather grueling loan process. He also stood up for us quite a bit and was firm about other players in the process being professional and on task. Adam is very adamant and eager to find you a great home. You give him your budget and he doesn't try and push you over the limit as a lot of agents tend to do. He's down to earth, and gives you the no BS version of what's going on. After a rather rough experience with our broker, Adam stuck it through and checked in constantly to ensure our home buying didn't fall through. He was also more than happy to take us to see houses all about the area and never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. Adam was even willing to lend a hand on moving furniture out of excitement for us getting the home. Very great agent, very thorough and sharp. Would recommend a thousand times over. Thanks Adam!

He went well above and beyond to help us get the house ready by arranging for landscapers to clean up around the house, and making himself available to keep us up to date on the progress of the sale, and the process after the sale.
