About Adam

Adam has 20 years of experience with over half a billion dollars in sales. He is licensed with the Luxury Collection team in New York and a co-founder and principal of the LoBiondo Hignite Team in New Jersey. He purchased his first Summer House in Asbury Park 20 years ago and has since helped hundreds of friends and clients do the same. Adam has carved out a niche in the luxury condo market at the Jersey Shore.
Adam began his real estate career in Greenwich Village in 2000, and in late 2006 he helped launch sales at The Chelsea Stratus at 101 W 24th street in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City. At the time the Stratus was Chelsea’s tallest and one of its most prestigious high-rise condominiums. The 201 units at the Chelsea Stratus sold out in approximately sixteen months at the highest price per square foot in the neighborhood. Since, he has worked on numerous new developments in both New Jersey, New York, and the Ritz Carlton in Dallas, TX. Adam most recently worked on KHOV's Baltic condos in Asbury Park and as former Sales Director of the Asbury Ocean Club condos in Asbury Park.
