Adam Judd

He has helped existing homeowners to sell their homes for top dollar, maximizing their time/investment/simplicity needs and he has assisted buyers in finding the perfect home to launch both comfort and investment goals. Adam has experience in marketing properties via all the traditional channels as well as through auction, or non-MLS marketing practices. His negotiation skills are backed by over 18 years of real estate experience with the solitary goal of representing his clients’ needs at the forefront. His personal negotiating style reflects a “never split the difference” approach, leading to more savings for his customers. With boundless patience, Adam is happy to be showing many properties to a buyer before finding that “right fit”.

With his foundation in residential appraisal services, his understanding of the mortgage lending process along with what factors drive value, Adam is a powerful advocate with tools and training that other area brokers simply cannot offer.

Adam was born in Orlando, lived a few short years as a child in Michigan, and eventually moved back to Orlando with his family, where he met his wife, Megan. He has three active children ages 17, 15 and 13 and is very involved with their activities as well as being the Vice President of his neighborhood HOA and a member of the Nils M. Schweizer Central Florida Modern Club. As Owner/Broker of Metropolis Real Estate Solutions, LLC, he regularly sponsors such functions as the Retro BBQ Benefit and the 2019 Audubon Park Garden District Zombietoberfest and Night Market. Adam and Metropolis have been involved in the APGD Retro Modern Home Tour since its inception in 2015. In 2017, Metropolis Real Estate Solutions, LLC was named the APGD Business of the Year, and he was most recently nominated for Best Realtor, in Orlando Weekly’s “Best Of” issue.
