Adam L. Kaplan, Esq., is the founding member of the Kaplan Homes LI team of Keller Williams Points North and currently serves as its team leader. An active real estate associate broker, licensed in New York, Adam successfully helps buyers, sellers and investors navigate their way through the home sale process 365 days a year. Adam is a graduate of Touro Law School, located in Central Islip, NY, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He went on to spend the first ten plus years of his career serving as an entertainment attorney, negotiating thousands of multi-million-dollar contracts on behalf of recording artists, music producers, record labels and music publishing companies. In addition to his work as an attorney, Adam managed a recording artist signed to Jive Records, as well as a handful of multi-platinum selling record producers. In his management capacity, Adam was responsible for marketing, promoting, and building his management rosters respective careers. After a successful run in the music industry, Adam decided it was time to make a career shift and pursue his other true passion, Real Estate. Initially, Adam transitioned into Real Estate by representing clients in a legal capacity, negotiating commercial and residential real estate purchase, sale, and lease agreements. Adam concluded that he would be more effective and useful to his clients by getting involved in their transactions earlier on in the real estate life cycle. With his transition from Attorney to Real Estate Associate Broker, Adam is better positioned to help ensure that his clients make it smoothly to their real estate closing.
