Amy and Adam are a full-time, husband and wife real estate team known as The A-Team at Coldwell Banker Realty's Belleair and The Beaches office. The A-Team is made up of just the two of them, and they've closed real estate transactions all over Tampa Bay, including the St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Pinellas beaches, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Largo, Tarpon Springs, Tampa, and Lakewood Ranch areas.
Before starting in real estate, Adam worked as a mortgage lender, and Amy was a communications professor at St. Petersburg College. Friends and family had always referred to them as The A-Team, so they made it official and joined forces as real estate agents whose professional backgrounds give them unique advantages.
They've used Adam's knowledge of the sales and lending sides, coupled with Amy's organization and communication skills, to develop a process that creates smooth transactions for buyers and sellers. They're also a little old school and appreciate how things were done in the time before business became so automated. After you've closed on your home sale, you're officially a part of The A-Team!
Adam and Amy grew up on Long Island in New York and have called Pinellas County home since 2007. They love all that Tampa Bay has to offer, including the beaches, parks, Pinellas trail, and restaurants. When they're not working, you'll catch them watching sunsets, taking boat rides, petting all the dogs, enjoying good food and wine, and exploring different neighborhoods.
