Highly recommend Home Team Property for your home purchase!!!! Mr. Letterman had a keen eye for the home we were looking for. Very detailed oriented and quick to respond. Provided a seamless transaction with our out of state home purchase in Ozark, MO. Went above and beyond. Loved that Adam was very familiar with the suburbs of Springfield as he grew up in southern MO which directed us to a wonderful family friendly city to be called our new home.

So if you are in need of a realtor that is honest and really invested, you need Adam Letterman. We began our journey roughly 16 months ago when I inquired about a tiny plot of land in Missouri when i was located in another state. Little did I know that 16 months later I would be moving to Springfield and into my dream forever home. Adam took care of all my anxiety and best yet he found us our mortgage company! Adam had the connections to an awesome home inspector and a amazing loan officer. We were down to wire because the sellers got ill. Adam was and his team were the only reason we closed
