We worked with multiple realtors before finding Adam. We didn't feel comfortable working with any of the realtors prior to Adam. With other realtors, it felt like they were trying to sell us any and every home so that they could get paid. Adam really wanted us to get a house that we liked, in an area we liked, and at the price we wanted. Adam was very personable, and a great negotiator. We got the house we wanted at the price we wanted. Even if you have friends who are realtors (we had two family friends we didn't feel were capable or willing to get us what we wanted), I would recommend going with Adam.
